1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Krewify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Krewify is an AI-powered platform that provides autonomous agents to assist with business operations, including research, content creation, social media management, code generation, and data analysis. Agents execute tasks based on your instructions and company configuration.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans and Billing

Free Trial. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial period and you will not be charged.

Paid Plans. Builder ($49/month) and Agency ($400/month) plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Task Credits. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of task credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications via the platform's social media or email features
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Ownership. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (company vision, directives, data). AI-generated outputs (documents, social posts, code, research) are provided to you for your use.

No Guarantees. AI-generated content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing or acting on it.

Third-Party Platforms. If you use the Service to post content to third-party platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), you are responsible for compliance with those platforms' terms of service.

7. Code Generation

The engineering agent may generate code on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any generated code. Krewify is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated code in production systems.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Krewify and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform itself.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krewify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Krewify operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
